Instructions

If you are interested in providing verbal public comment during the Public hearing, the following deadlines are in effect:

  • Registration for public comment closes at least 24 hours prior to the hearing, Tuesday March 10, 2026 by 3:30 p.m.,
  • The Briefing and Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. via https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89055719498 
  • The Zoom link can also be found on WDFW.WA.GOV Rulemaking Page https://wdfw.wa.gov/about/regulations/development . 
  • Registrants will be called upon (no more "raised hands" will be recognized) and have three minutes to speak unless the Hearing Officer sets a lesser time at the onset of the agenda item.
